Over a three-week period, RRRM completed hydronic system flushing and corrective cleaning on three multi-family building heating systems. Work included chemical cleaning to remove accumulated sediment and contaminants, followed by installation of bypass filtration at each facility to support ongoing contaminant removal and long-term system reliability.

RRRM performed a refrigeration system remodel for an operating grocery store, including case relocation, refrigerant piping modifications, and relocation of condensing equipment to support changes to the facility layout.

Replaced an existing indirect-fired make-up air unit with a new high-efficiency direct-fired make-up air system. The project included removal of the existing equipment, installation of the new MUA, custom sheet metal fabrication and duct transitions, gas and control connections, system startup, and final airflow verification.

Performed a complete hydronic heating system flush and cleaning at a government facility to address accumulated sludge and debris. Work included system cleaning, flushing of existing piping and components, removal of contaminants, and preparation of the system for improved reliability and performance.

RRRM replaced a large make-up air system in a commercial facility, including equipment removal and installation to restore reliable ventilation and air handling performance.

Replaced 2 existing water-to-air air handling units at a commercial facility. Work included removal and replacement of the AHUs, custom ductwork fabrication, repiping of the associated hydronic piping, equipment connections, system startup, and operational testing.

Upgraded the hydronic heating system at a government facility to provide improved reliability and equipment redundancy. The project included installation of a new multi-boiler system, associated pumps and hydronic components, piping modifications, controls integration, system startup, and commissioning.

Installed new spiral ductwork for store air distribution, correcting a static pressure issue that caused multiple furnace failures.
